How to improve matches?

So guys,

today I was on the Finals of the German EPS and thought about a new rule and
wanted to hear your oppinion about that:

Every team can do 2 time outs per match. If a team call one of this time out,
both teams can have a break of 2 minute to speak about tactics again.

I just want to make the gameplay more professional and more interesting.
This time outs are possible on every eSport offline event, but why we shouldnt
do it also in this online event?

no need for this, it would make a "long" war longer.... i dont think a clan need a timeout to explain tactics in a game like call of juarez

I think it's a good idea. But we don't need it for the rules. Every clan could arrange it with the enemy team before next war. So you can better customize the running time of intermission etc.

this topic should be used by referees...it is their task to decide about it...at moment their is one point pro and zero points against it...but i will add by NEWS at website...
